Stimulating suckers on the front and ridges on the back. A great teaser! The suckers even feel nice on other parts of the body like fingers and mouth. Increasing girth makes it fun to use at your own pace. Quality is good and it's flexible enough for added comfort. It may seem big and bulky, but it's surprisingly easy to use.
