It is incredibly soft. I have tried it out a time or two. Of course I did not get any reaction. No looks or anything, but still I knew it was there and was loving it. I did buy the large and am glad I did. I am not sure why the small and medium, but there is probably a use for them. If you feel for the need then this may help if it is just knowing it is there and no one else looks or notices. Again I am glad I purchased it.

I have used these for years and have gone through a couple of hundred rings. I do not leave them on longer than 30 minutes, so put them on near the end of a long session. While clamping the areola can feel great, elastration is much better. Clamps tend to make the nipple most sensitive along one axis. The rings cause uniform and overwhelming sensitivity all the way around, twisting, pulling, crushing, etc. in any direction. Yes, I have enormous nipples and areolas, largely from this form of stimulation. If you are deliriously incapacitated by someone twisting your nipples, you seriously need to get into elastration.
